About Ole's
Ole's is a small and friendly neighborhood tavern that has existed since the early days of San Clemente. The bar has had many names and many different owners over the last 30 yrs. Most recent names (last 12 years) have been The Polish Hand, Tani's, Salty Dawg, and the present name Ole's.
  
The bar features a great sound system with Classic Rock and Alternative music. Three pool tables a foosball table and one electronic dart board serve as common activities. There are twelve large screen tv's with satellite dish reception. Between local cable and satellite capabilities, all games can be watched at Ole's.
 
Behind the bar is a 200 gallon salt water aquarium. The aquarium is home to such fish as Puffers, Lion Fish, Trigers, and others. As one walks into the bar they will see to their immediate right an entire wall of photos w/captions that display and tell the history of the town of San Clemente. Towards the back of the bar in the pool room is a large scale mural which was airbrushed onto canvas. The bar was acquired by its present owners in February of 1994. In 1997 the bar started to get a major face lift including a name change to the present Ole's. Several remodeling projects have been completed and several are still in the plans for the future.
